Pacific Control Systems acquires Infolity cloud based solutions
 fulfillment of its strategic acquisition of Infotility, a true leader of Grid Agents. This acquisition conjoins two pioneers of utilizing innovative intelligent software agents, called as 'bots', to control, manage and verify engineering systems. It will ensure a unique capability to support Smart Grid services in real time on a combined platform, one that has been long expected and demanded in the industry. Pacific Controls is the global leading provider of remote energy management solutions for premises and buildings, based on cloud computing and M2M technology. The enterprise has designed intelligent Gbots to control and monitor a broad spectrum of systems and utilities in real time without any human intervention.
