OAISYS commences new pricing policy for call recording solutions  

and factual changes to its pricing and packaging policy that supports advanced feature functionality of its Tracer call recording and call center management solution much more cost effective and available for a significantly broader market. "As an element of our permanent commitment to simplicity, a detailed packaging review demonstrated an opportunity to optimize the product offering in a manner convenient for all clients," explained Brian Spencer, president of OAISYS. "The software solution is now certified by user devices for specific content capture and by amount of associated customers for content access. This adjustment with the value proposition of the solution as understood by customers, which is organically related with the content capture and access to the software as integrated." Depending on their particular configurations, customers may extract a 20-to-60 percent spending savings on their Tracer acquisitions under the new price and packaging company’s mode.Tracer functionality is created on a platform of OAISYS' Talkument voice documentation appliance. Talkument captures digital recordings, or voice documents, of lawful and authorized consumers' phone-based conversations implementing so called OAISYS Portable Voice Document (PVD) technology. Conversations are being kept in their entirety and can be easily and securely shared with other defined users and managers for improved collaboration, accuracy and training purposes. Tracer delivers advanced interaction procedures and control functionality, such as completely configurable performance evaluations, live and automatic call monitoring, quality and resource utilization reporting and synchronized desktop video recording and monitoring. "Call recording continues to grow up as a basic element of best practices for businesses in every business sector," said Spencer. "By delivering these changes, we anticipate to make Tracer's advanced feature set available to a much wider pool of users within the SMB and mid-market. By cutting pre-requisite costs, our customers can expand user access and achieve the massive advantages." Aligned with the global trends made to its software licensing requirements, OAISYS has also announced a hardware price reduction addressed for the North American market. There is a particular interest for customers integrating with voice T1 and PRI lines, the bundled cost of the OAISYS dual T1 and PRI interface board and included voice port licenses has been decreased by 20 percent. "While other manufacturers charge customers a significant premium for fractional access to their advanced feature functionality, OAISYS keeps to acquire momentum by removing barriers to entry and giving customers across all markets easy and affordable access to the solutions that can positively impact their business operations," Spencer noted. The price and packaging changes take effect across all OAISYS channels in associated markets are commencing since Feb. 1, 2012.
